I don’t recall any artist in the dubstep world who’s music would be as overwhelming as Skrillex. No, seriously. Frikkin love that guy, when life is too much I find no better solution than to listen to his music for 30 minutes. You can scream as much as you want, don’t worry no one will hear you through the wall of sound it creates. After you turn it off, world is so peaceful and quiet again. Mental clean-up through the massive overload.

In his latest music clip for ‘First Of The Year (Equinox)’ the clean-up continues. Short note to all the disgusting paedophiles – you better give yourself in to the police before that guy gets you.

As a side note – Skrillex always says that his music is majorly influenced by Aphex Twin, Autechre, and Squarepusher and others from 90′s Warp Records. Seems like inspiration for the clips came from there too as this vid clearly reminds me of Aphex Twin’s ‘Come To Daddy’.
